One-time import of the Northmarq Q1 2026 Top 100 Tenant Expansion report. Adds 100 retail tenants with cap rates, SF ranges, store counts, and expansion data. Existing tenants with the same name will be skipped.
⚠️ Reset & Reseed Database
DANGEROUS. Deletes ALL tenants, contacts, and tenant-contact links from Firestore. After running, re-import the RLT csv → Northmarq → ACRE in that order. Use this if the database is corrupted by bad merges.
